The Whiffs Nomex Shroud fits the Whiffs Nomex Mask and is made of Advance Nomex which carries a 565°C rating. The shroud is lined with blue Indura Ultra Soft cloth with a hydro lone finish. This material helps to wick moisture from the firefighter’s face and prevents the transfer of radiant heat to the skin. It is the perfect accessory when more protection is needed. The three velcro attachment points on the inside of the mask should be used to attach to the Whiffs Nomex Mask. The Whiffs Nomex Shroud is machine washable in cold water and should be hung out to dry. Weighing only 73 g, this shroud is lighweight and easy to use.
