Both the 75 and 77 Ferno Short Wooden Backboards are narrow board designs that permit emergency personnel to apply short back boards in small vehicles or confined areas. Multiple strap openings allow various strapping methods depending on the situation and the condition of the patient. The notched head section enables head straps to be positioned according to patient size. The board is constructed of a seven ply 13 mm marine grade plywood and is finished with a clear varnish on both sides. The Ferno 77 Wooden Backboard comes with 3 x colour-coded 5 cm wide nylon patient restraints with automotive-type quick release buckles, Adjusta-Pad neck roll and 2 head straps.
